THE PARABLE OF THE SHEEP AND THE GOATS
"I am going to separate the sheep from the goats. The sheep will go to heaven. The goats will go to hell:
1. When I was hungry, you gave me food.
2. When I was thirsty, you gave something to drink.
3. When I was homeless, you gave me shelter.
4. When I was sick, you nursed me.
5. When I was in prison, you visited me.
These are my sheep"-Jesus Christ
Just as St Tekle Haimanot, with God's help, was able to successfully unite the entire Ethiopian Empire under the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. And just as St Anthony the Great sold all of his wealth and gave it to the poor. The St Tekle Haimanot Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Monastery must humbly follow their great examples. Through the will of God we will initiate the following projects:
1. BUILDING MONASTERIES
2. BUILDING HOSPITALS
3. BUILDING MEDICAL CLINICS
4. BUILDING COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES
5. BUILDING HOMELESS SHELTERS
6. BUILDING COMPUTER SCHOOLS
7. BUILDING MISSION HOMES FOR PRIESTS IN NEED
Our desire is to help our fellow man. In order for us to achieve these goals, we need your prayers and your assistance.
